At freewebsiteguy.co.za we strive for high-quality work and client satisfaction. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply. Because our standard build carries a zero service cost, refunds primarily concern any paid add-ons, deposits, or ongoing paid services.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It sets out the conditions under which a refund may be granted and how to cancel a service.
Where a fee has been paid, a refund may be granted if:
Refunds will not be provided once work has commenced, or where a service has been partially or fully delivered.
To cancel a service, email your cancellation request to hello@freewebsiteguy.co.za. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, payment for the work completed up to that point will be due.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank or provider processing times may add to this.
