Our service cost is R0.00. We don't charge you for design, development, testing or launch. You only pay for your own domain registration (typically R100–R250/year) and hosting (typically R60–R200/month), which you pay directly to the provider — not through us.

You don't pay us. You pay your hosting provider and domain registrar directly. If we arrange these on your behalf, we'll send you the exact cost with no mark-up. For larger custom features outside the standard scope, we may agree on milestone-based payment — always clearly quoted upfront.

Only hosting (R60–R200/month) and domain renewal (R100–R250/year) paid directly to the providers. Our maintenance, security updates, content updates and technical support are included at zero cost.

Most builds go from Discovery to Launch in 2–4 weeks depending on scope, content readiness, and feedback cycles. Simple brochure sites can ship in under 2 weeks. We'll give you a concrete timeline after the Discovery call.

The most common cause of delay is waiting for content from the client — copy, images, logos. Delays in client feedback on design mockups also extend timelines. Scope changes mid-build add time. We keep things moving by flagging blockers early.

You do. Full ownership of the code, content, domain and hosting account transfers to you on launch. No lock-in, no license fees, no monthly subscription to keep your site online.

Yes. We can build with a content management system (CMS) if you want to edit content yourself, or we can provide a simpler static site and handle content updates for you on request — also free.

Your business story, logo (if you have one), photography/images (or we source royalty-free), copy/content for each page (or we help draft it), a list of features you want, and examples of sites you like. We send a structured brief after Discovery.

Absolutely. You sign off on design mockups before any code is written, review progress during development, and do a final walk-through before launch. We want you proud of the final product.

Yes. The majority of our interactions are virtual. We work with clients across South Africa and beyond. If you're in Johannesburg, we're happy to meet face-to-face.

Yes — always. Every site we build is mobile-first and fully responsive across phones, tablets, laptops and desktops. Over 65% of SA web traffic is mobile, so this isn't optional.

Yes — SEO foundations are included. We implement technical SEO (structured data, meta tags, sitemap, robots.txt, fast load times), on-page SEO, and AI-search optimisation (GEO/AEO) so you're visible in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity too.

Ongoing maintenance and support is included. Monthly backups, security updates, performance monitoring, small content updates, and real-human technical support when you need it — all at zero service cost.
